"Refund took way too long"
Not gonna lie, I was frustrated with how long the refund took. I returned my trainers and ended up waiting nearly 3 weeks to get my money back. Customer service just kept telling me to wait, which wasn’t exactly helpful. It wasn’t a terrible experience overall, but the refund speed really needs improving

"Easy tracking and no hassle"
Ordered from sportsdirect.com and it was straightforward, the tracking was easy to keep an eye on from start to finish. It updated whenever the parcel moved, so I had a decent idea of when it was going to arrive — which was actually really handy. Delivery came on the day it said it would, no messing around. The box was in good shape and everything inside was exactly what I ordered. Happy enough with the whole thing and I’d use them again.

"Trainers were legit, but I felt a bit ignored"
The trainers are definitely the real deal and all the tags were there, so no worries on that side. I did feel a bit ignored when I tried to get an update, which was frustrating, but the product itself was fine.

I ordered a pair of trainers and a hoodie from Sports Direct, and they were better than I expected. The hoodie is nice and warm, and the trainers have been holding up well after a few weeks of use. There was one seam that didn’t look perfectly finished, which felt a bit unnecessary, but it’s nothing major. Overall, I’m happy with what I got

"Delivery Info Got Messed Up, But They Fixed It"
My order wasn’t showing the right delivery info, which was a bit annoying — probably the system being useless or something. I contacted customer service and the person who replied was actually really helpful. They didn’t make it a whole complicated thing, just checked it out and explained what was going on in plain English. It got sorted quickly and my parcel turned up fine in the end. Nice to deal with someone who actually helps instead of just passing the problem around.

I’ve used sportsdirect a few times now and it’s been straightforward. The site is easy enough to get around, the Filters work fine, and the sizes are clear to see. Checkout was quick too, so no real hassle there. Found what I needed without messing about, which is always a Win

I always end up finding what I need on Sports Direct, whether it’s trainers, gym stuff, kids’ clothes, or whatever else I’m after. The range is really good and the prices are usually decent too, which is handy because I don’t have the patience to shop around loads.

"Nice trainers, frustrating experience"
The trainers looked great when they arrived, but they were faulty, which was really disappointing. I will say the style was exactly what I wanted, so part of me still liked them, but getting it sorted was such a hassle. I had to keep chasing, and even though they did eventually respond, it felt like nobody was that bothered. Not the worst experience ever, but definitely more annoying than it needed to be

I accidentally ordered the wrong size trainers, so I took them back to the store with my email confirmation. it was way easier than I expected. The staff were really friendly, didn’t make it awkward at all, and got everything sorted quickly. The new size arrived fine too, so overall it was a hassle-free exchange.

I’ve bought from Sports Direct a few times now, mainly because the prices are usually better than what I find elsewhere. I’ve picked up trainers and gym clothes for a decent discount, and there always seems to be some kind of offer or promo running. Delivery has been smooth each time too, so no complaints there. Based on my experience, it’s been a solid place to shop when I want good value
